Janani Jeyakanthan operates JAN AI and is the contact responsible for privacy questions. This policy covers janaisolutions.com and enquiries about JAN AI. It does not cover a separate accounting engagement or a future live tax portal.
2. What the website does today
The website presents JAN AI, articles, and a demonstration using synthetic records. Account creation, login, document uploads, payments, and AI processing are not active. The signup and login fields are disabled and do not submit information.
Please do not send tax returns, social insurance numbers, financial records, or confidential client documents through the demo or by email when making a general enquiry.
3. Information we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use these details to respond to your enquiry or privacy request. You can browse without contacting us.
Vercel hosts the website. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, request times, and diagnostic or security logs. These records support website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse.
5. Service providers and external links
Vercel provides hosting and delivery services. Our email service provider processes messages sent to the contact address below. Hosting and support processing may occur outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States, where different laws may apply.
Links to social networks and reference websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those services.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry records are used to address your request and any necessary follow-up. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations; contact Janani for details about a specific record or to request deletion. Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s retention settings and policies.
The public website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. No online service or email channel is completely secure. The demo is not a secure channel for client tax documents.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Contact Janani in writing to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about retention, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Deletion and other requests are subject to applicable legal obligations and exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information.

8. Changes to this policy
The date above identifies the latest revision. Before introducing accounts, a waitlist, document processing, or other new collection features, we will update the relevant privacy information and provide any notices or consent choices required for those features.
