More time for your mission.
Less time chasing records.

MADE FOR THE WORK IN FRONT OF YOU

Preparation that respects how your organization works.

Records may be spread across program teams, volunteer treasurers and external advisors. Planned support would help assemble the requested information and explain gaps. Non-profit-specific intake and reporting workflows are not available in the current beta.

Bring the records together.

The intended workflow would organize requested financial records and supporting explanations by period.

Make handovers clearer.

Keep outstanding questions visible when staff, volunteers or advisors change.

Keep review with people.

Your organization and advisor determine the applicable requirements and approve professional outputs.

YOUR DEDICATED ASSISTANT Planned

An assistant grounded in your organization’s context.

The intended assistant would help navigate permitted records and open questions. It would not infer a tax status or make reporting decisions on your behalf.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clarity, before you begin.

Does this page mean non-profit reporting is available now?

No. Non-profit-specific workflows are part of the intended direction, not a released beta service.

Does JAN AI assume that every non-profit is a registered charity?

No. Your advisor must confirm the organization’s status and applicable requirements; the product should not assume they are interchangeable.

Can we upload our organization’s real records today?

The current upload beta is restricted to approved operator testing with fictional documents. Join the waitlist for future access information.
